The priority area is to improve the knowledge about the ocean, it is secured on the basis of the fact that the management of the ocean is based on the knowledge of that keruvalue, which is inclusive and effective in conjunction with knowledge and policy.

In all robotic innovations in ocean management, there is a need to improve coordination and active participation of the connected sides in the development of the spillovers of the ocean. However, it is overwhelming to exploit the ocean as a result of the efficiency of people as a serious problem, especially in the midst of growing negative influx into the whole climate. To solve the whole problem, it is necessary to preserve the steel management of the anthropogenic inflow of the ocean and its resources. Vrahoyuchi those who are more likely to be located outside the boundaries of national vinyatkovy economic zones, also at the same time are required for international spirits, in addition to the development of current regulatory provisions for safeguarding the safety of the international.

The robot carried out an analysis of the main trends in the development of regulatory provisions over the last five years to ensure effective international ocean governance.
