SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SHIPMENERS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROCESS

Abstract

The author analyzes the essence and content of the considered construct, draws attention to the need to develop soft skills in the subject training in English. The concept of division of professional skills and their division into hard skills and soft skills on the example of drivers is explained, as: nard skills is a set of professional knowledge and skills of working with a machine (judicial mechanisms), soft skills - skills of working with yourself and people. The study of English is based on the use of interdisciplinary links, which means diversity, multifunctionality, humanitarian orientation, focus on personal development and its professional and social adaptation. In addition, it is noted that the formation of future masters of soft skills in the process of learning English is a topical issue in modern research. Therefore, the relevance of the chosen topic requires the generalization of already conducted research and further search for effective ways to form soft skills of forensic experts in English classes.

In writing the work were used general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific research, observation of students' learning activities and the work of teachers.

From the above we can conclude that a marine specialist must have a certain level of knowledge not only at the professional level, which helps him but also to perform their professional duties, but also the language of informal communication. This is the mastery of soft skills on board a ship in a foreign language team - the ability to communicate, communicate with crew members, understand and communicate effectively with other people. Just as English is the language of international communication. In courts with a multinational team, a good knowledge and understanding of English is one of the factors of employment.

On the ship, not only professional activities, but also the whole life of sailors, their life and leisure depend on the sailing environment and teamwork. It subordinates all general, collective and personal needs and interests, influencing all mental activity of the person and formation of psychology of collective.
