SYNTHESIS OF VESSELS 'OPTIONS IN DANGEROUS SITUATIONS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TIME AND RESOURCE RESTRICTIONS IN VESSEL DSS

The article considers the possibility of developing possible options for the actions of the driver in a dangerous situation, taking into account the available resource and time constraints in the means of automation of ship traffic control systems. These features of ship management in a dangerous situation of convergence (collision) determine the presence of contradictions between the requirements of efficiency of decision-making by the driver on the one hand, and the possibility of resolving them - on the other. The most effective way to resolve this contradiction is to automate management processes. Now there is no doubt that the accounting and analysis of a large number of different data, the implementation of cumbersome calculations are possible only with the use of computing and other automation tools. Accordingly, a synthesis of solutions in the ship's traffic control system is given, taking into account the limitations on the distance and time of the collision. The analysis of possibility of achievement of set of purposes of management on resources and time on the tape diagram and methods of network planning and management is carried out. The developed method allows to modify the recommended variant of the decision so that for it it was possible to form at least one realized variant of actions of the driver which can be realized in the conditions of existing restrictions. Thus the variant of the developed situation (according to a navigational situation) is defined by an existing reserve of time at the driver. If in the process of making decisions for some variant of the situation it is not possible to form any realized variant of the driver's actions, then it is impossible to achieve the management goals in this situation. In this case, the analyzed version of the situation needs to be clarified. An example of a fragment of the graph of the option to achieve the goals, which reflects the process of solving the problem in the control system of the ship. The method that allows to synthesize unfeasible implementation plans is considered. Conclusions. The developed method of synthesis of possible solutions allows to form in real time for each variant of development of a set of options of achievement of actions of the driver if they exist.
