INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT OF THE RISKS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN SEA TRANSPORTATION

Abstract

Ensuring safety on water transport is one of the priority tasks of the transport strategies of enterprises. Since the emergence of emergency situations (ES) in the process of moving cargo/passengers in time and space occurs as a result of the negative impact of various factors, the task of preventing or reducing their negative impact is urgent. It should be noted that the process of multimodal transportation involves, as a rule, several types of transport, technological lines, means of small mechanization, and specialists of various directions. To carry out transportation, it is necessary to implement a significant number of multifaceted activities, among which the design of transport and logistics systems (TLS) of goods is of great importance. An important section of TLS projects is the development of security issues, which determines the relevance of the master's thesis. in the course of the study, the following tasks were performed: the structure of risk factors of emergency situations in sea and multimodal cargo transportation was determined and systematized; methodical approaches to risk assessment and forecasting emergency situations in the process of sea and multimodal cargo transportation have been developed; the method of integral assessment of the risks of an emergency situation, the criteria of assessment, efficiency and safety of transport and logistics schemes of sea and multimodal cargo transportation have been developed
