Abstract

In the course of the research, the problems were systematized, the classification of methods of search and tracking of objects at sea was carried out, which allow to distinguish partial and general approaches to solving search tasks in different conditions with the aim of formalizing models of search processes and processes. A study of search methods was carried out, the concept of a search unit was introduced, and a theoretical and multiple justification of areas and search conditions was carried out. The expediency is substantiated and the technology of multiple analysis of the formation of the navigation situation, areas and conditions of search operations as a universal mathematical apparatus for planning search actions and tracking search objects is substantiated. The principles of probabilistic assessment of search processes have been developed. Theoretical research and computer modeling of the methods of searching for and tracking marine dynamic objects have established the most suitable separate by parameters and combined models for tracking and forecasting the movement of the search object with an assessment of drift and current actions. The expediency has been substantiated and the algorithms for smoothing and evaluation of kinematic elements of the object's movement accompanied by time series of measurements using an exponential filter in three dimensions with adaptation according to current measurements have been tested. The technology of filtering and evaluation of kinematic elements of movement and tracking of the object has been developed, based on the α and β-filter, and the algorithms for adapting the coefficients of the α and β-filter based on current parameter measurements have been developed.
