USE OF GAMIFICATION IN INTELLIGENT EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AND THEIR WEB DESIGN

Abstract

The problems of informatization and intellectualization of learning processes with the use of the latest technologies are considered on the example of the development of informational (with elements of intellectualization) educational systems that use gamification both in education and in the development of the corresponding web design of the system.

Nowadays, gamification is an innovative approach that turns ordinary (sometimes routine and uninteresting) tasks and learning processes into exciting games. The article examines the essence of this approach, which is becoming more and more widespread and successful not only in the field of entertainment, but also in education. It is noted that the use of gamification in informational (with elements of intellectualization) educational systems causes an increase in the influence on educational processes and the design of their interface subsystems (in web-oriented systems - on web design), ensuring a high level of user involvement and improving the convenience of their work in educational online environment.

Some aspects, stages and principles of web design development of informational educational systems functioning in the conditions of online education are analyzed. The main tasks of gamification, which is used in intelligent educational systems, are defined, in particular, such as attracting users; maintaining the attention and retention of users; motivation for certain behavior; improving the user experience by making the use of the product more pleasant and satisfying; development of skills and abilities; stimulation of social interaction.

It is noted that game learning contributes to the understanding of tasks, topics, educational content as part of the system. The use of gamification provides an opportunity to see objects of the subject area being studied with connections to other objects. In addition, the psychological state of users (for example, the positive emotions they feel during the game), the relationship between the game participants, and feedback are important.

The article considers the importance and advantages of gamification in web design, highlights the main concepts, key principles of its implementation, and analyzes the impact on users. Gamified websites of the most common modern informational educational systems are also considered.
