The article addresses the important issue of forming and studying the impact of an integrated prescriptive system and digital strategies on the efficiency of the cargo ship maintenance system. The author analyzes recent research and publications in this area, which indicate the need to develop new strategies and methods for managing the efficiency of maintenance systems and implement them in the operation of cargo ships to improve the efficiency of cargo ship maintenance systems.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate and analyze the impact of integrating a complex prescriptive maintenance system and digital strategies on the efficiency of the cargo ship maintenance system. The objective of the article is to identify the advantages and possible limitations of the proposed approach, as well as to establish practical recommendations for improving the process of cargo ship maintenance using modern digital technologies and prescriptive decision theory. The article also considers the scheme of interconnections of the main program modules of the "Integrated Prescriptive Maintenance" system for cargo ships in the quality management of the cargo ship maintenance system.
The results of the article include an analysis that shows that making an effective decision reduces unit costs by 20.9% compared to the baseline strategy, while increasing the efficiency of resource use by 29.7%. The findings emphasize the importance of aligning the goal of the maintenance operation with the performance criterion, as well as the adaptability of strategies to changing conditions and needs. The results of this study are significant and important for the water transport industry and will certainly contribute to improving the safety and reliability of shipping.
