THE MARKET OF SHIPPING BY WATER TRANSPORT OF UKRAINE: HISTORICAL ASPECT OF FORMATION, CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of historical aspect of the formation and current condition of the market of water transport of Ukraine. Besides, negative factors that currently hinder the development of the resource potential of river transport in the country has been identified; operational priorities of water transport industries to improve its competitiveness in the transport market has been systematized.
