Abstract

The article considers a complex of hydrometeorological factors that affect the efficiency of navigational resource management of waterways. The main hydrological and meteorological parameters that determine navigational conditions are analyzed, including the level regime of watercourses, water discharge, ice regime, wind conditions and precipitation. The need to integrate hydrometeorological data into navigational management systems is substantiated to ensure navigation safety and optimize the use of water resources
