TRENDS AND WORLD EXPERIENCE OF INNOVATIONS IN TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY, UKRAINIAN REALITIES

Abstract

The article considered the politics of the leading countries for innovative improvements in transport branch, the main trends of innovation in transport technologies. Attention is paid to Ukrainian realities on the possibilities of implementation of the world experience of innovation in transport, determined the priority directions of the development of the industry.

The development and implementation of innovations in the transport industry of Ukraine poses a number of difficulties, among them: in particular, the lack of financial resources due to drop in volumes of transportation, low profitability of transport and road enterprises, outdated material and technical base, low level of state interference in tariff regulation transportation; lack of scientific research for qualitative changes in the industry; slow process of structural reform, etc.

Solving these and other problems in the transport industry is an urgent need, without which further successful integration into the global transport system is impossible. The world community, in turn, provides its experience for more successful reformation and innovative development of the transport industry in Ukraine.
