EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT OF THE SYSTEM OF LABOUR FORCE REPRODUCTION

Abstract

They remain relevant and require a more in-depth study and scientific synthesis of the issue of considering education as one of the main elements of the country's labor reproduction system and identifying the components of the educational component of the labor reproduction system. The purpose of the paper is to study the essence and features of the educational component in the system of reproduction of the workforce.

The article deals with education as one of the main elements of the country's labor reproduction system, which affects all levels of labor reproduction: nanoscale, micro level, mezzo level, macro level and megawave. The question of the essence and peculiarities of the educational component in the system of reproduction of the labor force is considered, which is considered as a set of such components: institutional, organizational-functional, innovative and methodical-methodological.
