THE MODERN CRISIS MANAGEMENT AT THE WATER TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

The role of the crisis in the cyclical development of the enterprise has been substantiated, the basic preconditions of the crisis at the company have been examined, the economic situation and ratio analysis of the water transport enterprises in Ukraine for the period 2014-2015 have been analyzed, the causes of losing profitability and relevant solutions as well as the use of repayable financial aid as an immediate crisis management tool have been investigated.Therefore, the purpose of the article is to conduct an analysis of the economic performance of Ukrainian water transport enterprises and to identify the reasons for the increase in the number of unprofitable enterprises in the course of state measures aimed at eliminating enterprises from the crisis situation.
