THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF ESTIMATION OF THE INTEGRAL INDICATOR OF THE LEVEL OF EXECUTION OF THE LIFE SAFETY REGULATIONS

Abstract

Among the main properties of reliability of EPS facilities, including reliability, maintainability, maintainability and durability, the quantitative evaluation of which have been tested by practice and is largely regulated, the issues of safety of the personnel of the EPS are becoming more important. The recommended method allows to obtain integral quantitative estimates of the safety of vital activity of operational personnel performing tests, restoration of wear and control of EPS facilities during operation. The results of a quantitative assessment of the integral index of life safety allow us to compare the safety of vital activity in various enterprises of EPS, identify "weak links" that are the main cause of the discrepancy between real life safety requirements, the safety management by eliminating "weak links".
